What actually is your question? About Promoted Gig feature or Gig Publishing?

As for Gig Publishing: You need to check first that is your seller profile approved or not. If not, then you won't be able to operate your seller account neither your gig will be published.

Hi @amirsaboor, did you complete the account verification? If yes, you should be able to publish your Gig without any issues, as long as it doesn't violate our Community Standards and Terms of Service. If it's still not successfully completed, you should get it done since without it you can't publish any Gig. Good luck 🍀
