Regarding the buyer requesting a call for some queries regarding the completed work after the order is completed.

Question

Posted

I have recently completed an order for a buyer and now he wants me to join a call with a third party on his end, to discuss some queries that he and the third party has related to the completed work. But I cannot find the call option on fiverr, probably because the order is already completed. I do not want to share links outside the platform on the chat, because I am worried that my account would violate the rules. What can I do in this situation?

Create a minimal $5 order and you can have the meeting on the order page (if the option is not available in the inbox). In the official delivery, you can upload the 'meeting recording' as that is what the order was about.

But DO NOT join any meetings on third-party platforms (like Zoom or Google Meet), as it violates Fiverr's terms and is not worth the risk of being permanently banned just for a meeting.

Politely inform the buyer that Fiverr’s Terms of Service restrict external communication, including sharing third-party links. Mention that you are happy to help within Fiverr’s guidelines.
