Question

Hello Fiverr,

I would like to inform you that due to ineffective communication on my gig, there was a negative impact, which caused my success score drop by three points. However, I studied effective communication, completed three orders with excellent communication.

Now, instead of a negative impact, 'room for growth' is being displayed. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how much time I have to work on this 'room for growth'? What is the grace period for this? It is further added that I have no active order right now.

I have attached the screenshot. Kindly take a look and advise me.

Thank you.

due to ineffective communication

Well, We all try to maintain effective communication with our clients and aim to exceed their expectations through our services—there’s no doubt about that. However, somehow it happens that instead of communicating through the order box, we end up talking in the inbox because the buyer isn’t aware of the order box and assumes the inbox is everything. They start messaging there, and instead of educating them, we continue the conversation in the inbox. We only use the order box to thank them for the order or deliver the work. In this way, there’s no communication in the order box, so the system detects it negatively because, during the order process, only the chat done in the order box is counted.

Additionally, there’s a grace period of 1 month. During this month, if your success score improves, it’s fine; otherwise, you will lose your seller-level status.

Thank you for this idea. I am going to try that going forward.
