Do impressions increase after completing a successful order?

Hi everyone!

I am glad to share with you that after three months on this platform I've successfully completed three orders for two clients. They both were very happy with my services and communication, and they gave me good reviews! It was a great experience and I feel happy about it!

As many people in this community, I was obsessed with checking the impressions on my gigs, basically following the logical thread that more impressions increase the likelihood of having more clicks, and more clicks may mean more orders. Currently, I do pay attention to the number of impressions but I don't feel sad if I see them at low levels. Interestingly, when my customers first contacted me, they haven't clicked on my gigs. Was it maybe due to a mistake in the stats?  

Now, I have noticed that my impressions work in a kind of "wave" behaviour. At the moment, these are particularly low for all my gigs. However, after each successful sale, my impressions increased for a few days. 

Was it a coincidence?

Does Fiverr have periods of popping less or more certain profiles, i.e., after successful sales/good reviews? 

Yes, I know, as long as I have sales, I should not worry about clicks and impressions.. but I am curious.

Yes, that's how it works and there are a million factors at play which determine the visibility of gigs. 

Impressions are always going to be topsy-turvy and we just cannot control them. So don't obsess with numbers, use your experience to improvise your gigs, communication and service quality.
