Phone number verification Limits reached without even doing anything

I tried to verify my phone number, I didn't receive the SMS so I went back and clicked on verify by call but a pop up came saying "

Attempts Limit Reached

Unfortunately, you’ve got no verification attempts left for now. Please try again within 24h."

And i am not able to verify it. I have raised a ticket haven't received any response

Its a commonly occuring bug in Fiverr's system.

You need to wait for 24 hours.

Yeh, but it has been more than 24hrs but still it is the same
