I hope this message finds you well. I have been a dedicated seller on your platform since 2021, completing numerous orders with total earnings exceeding $19,000. Over the years, I have built a loyal client base, and many of my clients have expressed interest in placing repeat orders in the future.

I recently received a notification regarding a restriction on my account, which has left me deeply confused and stressed. I have always adhered to the platform's rules and policies, and I am committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.

Additionally, I am concerned about the rejection of my passport during the verification process. I submitted my genuine passport, and I kindly request clarification on why it was rejected. Could you please provide specific guidelines to ensure my documents meet the necessary requirements for approval?

This account is my primary source of income as a full-time freelancer, and I am passionate about the work I do for my clients. I respectfully ask for another chance to rectify any issues and continue contributing to the platform's success.
