where and when can i see customer's order?

i am a new seller. my customer already paid me through card. i'm having a trouble receiving it so i requested if they can pay via paypal. i'm still waiting for their reply. while waiting, i tried to find their order details but i can't find it. should i receive the payment first before viewing the order?

You have violated already the TOS by giving your email to the buyer.

If you don't see an order in your Active Order list, then there is no order and you have been contacted by a scammer.

Can you show us a screenshot of your Active Orders?
