Hello everyone,

I have verified my Fiverr seller account with personal information. But when I click on the profile, it takes me to self-view instead of directly to the profile. Here, Fiverr skill test and some other options are not coming. But why?

Can anyone help me with any information on this matter?

I don't understand why so many new sellers are worried about this?? Is it so catastrophic?? 

OR

Is it because layout now looks DIFFERENT in comparison to what your training center taught you??

For the Fiverr skill tests section - Fiverr might have removed them or just not put them in in that new design (it might have been intentional or maybe not) but forum staff don't seem to have been told about it yet (see the linked page below). And Fiverr still has the "taking a test" help page. The Fiverr profile page shown to buyers still also converts skills to jobs incorrectly and still with the wrong skill level (despite letting them know about that ages ago).

You could contact CS about it. Though they weren't showing the skill test results to buyers since they removed them around the end of 2023. I contacted CS about it and they created a ticket with the developers but they still haven't got back about that.

CS initially said about skill tests when I told them about this:

...Please keep in mind that Skill tests are not enlisted on your account one by one. Instead, you can see the skill assembled on your account, based on the tests you passed....

But they were shown on the profile to buyers in 2023 before the end of November. Yet you can't take the tests from that page now (nor does it show the skills). And there would be not much point taking a skill test to be able to get a single skill added to your profile when it now doesn't show them any differently than ones you could add manually with "add skill" option.
