Email requested / Possible bots?

Hi, 

I have set up a new account and had 2 messages, both requesting my email to sort payment. Also adding screen shots to show this from Fiverr. 

Is this a bot and dodgy?

They are scammers report them.

Don't give your bank account details and email to anyone and don't click any link and QR codes.
