Question

Posted

I submitted a ticket to customer service 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response, which seems quite unusual given that I read I would probably hear back within 24 hours.

I'm wondering if I should continue to wait for a response. Maybe there's just a backlog of requests or my issue requires more time to resolve. Alternatively, should I consider submitting a new ticket?

Any guidance on the next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there!

The Customer Support team replies to tickets as soon as possible, and they will get back to you once they process your request. The delay could be caused by an increased volume of tickets over the holidays, so hold on tightly. There won't be a need to open a start a new ticket for the same topic, as it will only be merged with the original one and it won't get you a reply any faster.

All the best!
