Are we allowed to collaborate together as sellers here on Fiverr? Specifically tap into each others networks, form partnerships and compensate the other for a referral etc?

If you were part of an agency you could work together as a group of sellers:

You wouldn't be able to contact other buyers that seller had (the system wouldn't let you if they were a buyer only and sellers have to keep everything confidential).

Though you could check more into Fiverr agencies (but Fiverr would need to approve those).

Probably not. How would you compensate them? There's no proper way on Fiverr for that and all payment has to be on Fiverr.

But it's okay if a seller refers their buyer to another seller (though they should probably know that the other seller has the right skills for what the buyer wants).

You're already using AI to snatch business from genuine human talent with real voices. 

And then you want to employ or get employed by other sellers too?? Where does it end??
