As far as I know, a new seller account should have created at least 4 gigs. However, 4 years ago, it might have uploaded 7 gigs.

Hi there, your account might be 4 years old, but if there are no activities on it (ongoing/completed orders), it's still a new seller account, and you can create 4 Gigs.
