two buyers reached out - both communications now say "can no longer be contacted"

So i posted a gig and got two responses overnight. When i go to respond I am unable as the site is saying both people can no longer be contacted. One of the people sent payment via paypal. So trying to figure out what to do here. Thoughts?

Their accounts were blocked because they broke the Fiverr’s TOS. Don’t worry. Just think that you got saved from scammers.

I'm confident they were both scammers and violated Fiverr's rules, which likely led to their accounts being blocked from the marketplace.
