Question

Hello everyone,
I’m facing a strange issue on Fiverr and could use some advice. I’ve been working with three clients, and here’s what’s been happening:
1. Client 1: Account created in December 2022, from Canada.
2. Client 2: Account created in January 2025, from Peru.
3. Client 3: Account created in January 2025, from France.
The problem is that after the orders were placed, I can no longer interact with these clients. I’ve tried reaching out, but there’s no way to communicate with them through the platform.
Additionally, when I went to update my billing information to receive funds once my orders are completed, I received this strange message from Fiverr:
“Dear customer, there are not enough funds on your balance to confirm the transaction to receive the funds. You must have at least 200 euros on your balance to send the push SMS notifications. Please top up your credit card with 200 euros and try to confirm your identity again. We are working on improving the security of transactions due to the increased incidence of fraud. Thank you for your understanding.”
This doesn’t make sense to me because Fiverr never asks sellers to deposit money in order to withdraw earnings. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Could this be a scam or a technical issue with Fiverr’s system?
I’d really appreciate any insights or advice. Thanks in advance!
