Hey everyone! I hope you guys are doing great.

There is an issue I am facing which is about the security question on my profile and don't have my phone number access (Because it was deactivated by the company). I wanted to update my phone number and I can't remember my security question added to the my profile. Is there a way from Fiverr customer support in which they can help me regarding this issue?

The reason I don't remember my security question's answer is because I don't logout from my device and its been running from 2-3 years on the same device.

 

Please let me know what you guys think and what is the best solution here.

Historically, people have been denied access to their accounts because they forgot the answer to their security question. 

I don't think support will help you with this. 

In case your password becomes invalid or you need to receive code for any reason, I'm afraid you will lose access to your account.

They have the mechanism to verify on a call but they will do it on your old number. So you're kinda stuck but still raise a ticket and ask support, may be there is a fail-safe method to help someone if they forget/lose all their credentials. 

These measures are built into the system to help people in case their accounts get hacked. Think of it, a hacker would not know the answer or will not have access to mobile code/call verification too.
