Last week, my effective communication was "room for growth" and I received one order which is not yet completed so no review was given in this time. Before submitting I checked and it appears to be "Strong negative impact"???! I haven't even submitted the order yet, why is my communication already like that? if AI is doing it then what's the point of buyer review. Literally gave my best to the order and here I am seeing this. What can I possibly do to improve this thing decided by AI? I think other factors are also decided like "value for money" so how can I keep it good?
