I can't modify my PROFIL IMAGE (Avatar)

Hello I wanted to change my profil picture because I didn't like the other one and didn't found it special. I am trying to change it with different variation and it doesn't work. And I tried other one, but here is one I tried. Here is the bug message :

It doesn't seem to work permanently. After few minutes it changes back. I tried for a few hours.
