Hi Respected Fiverr Team,

My account is temporarily disabled. I'm a seller on Fiverr marketplace. My username is @hazran_marketer. On October 11, 2024, I received a notification stating that my account had been temporarily disabled. Upon investigating, I noticed that over 20+ spam messages had been sent to random sellers from my account. These messages were not sent by me, and it appears my account was accessed or used without my authorization.

To support my claim, I have attached evidence demonstrating that these messages were sent automatically, and not by my own actions. It seems that my account might have been compromised, leading to this unfortunate situation.  

I fully understand Fiverr's commitment to maintaining a safe and secure platform and assure you that I have taken this matter seriously. I didn't understand what happened to my fiverr account. As a result, my account has been temporarily disabled. Can you resolve this issue in my account? I have all my information. I can provide you which the information you want.

I humbly request you to review my case and reactivate my account at your earliest convenience. Fiverr is an essential platform for my work, and I am committed to complying with all guidelines and taking necessary measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
