Fivver says my identity is fake

I have been on fivver as a freelancer for 1yr and 9months as of last month(december) and now fivver banned me saying my identity is fake. I did a verification when i qualified for level 1 earlier last year and there has not been issues as my details were confirmed. Now i'm banned saying my identity is fake and i've requested several times to let me confirm my identity but no response, it just doesn't seem fair  and unimaginable seeing my identity as fake, e.g just like seeing someone and saying he or she is a robot or something. Please help me out as i've grown the account to level 1, 161 orders and many other achievements.
