Hello everyone

"My Fiverr account is 4 years old, but I haven’t been actively working on it for that long. I recently uploaded a gig, and many of you suggested that I should change the gig image. I did change the image, but it hasn’t helped to increase impressions or get any orders. Should I consider creating a new account?"

Hi @rebekatani

I'd like to let you know that having multiple active Fiverr accounts is prohibited and will most likely be picked up by our system. This will result in your associated accounts being banned. Please, have a look at our Terms of Service to better understand what is allowed on the platform. Also, you can check some other topics on the Forum to see what you can do to improve your gigs.

Hey there! I am working on fiverr since 1 year and recently got 3 orders with 5 star reviews. I do not think you should change your account rather search in your domain see on fiverr what other people of your domain are doing to get work, look through their gig keenly, watch their gig images and the keywords especially which they are using. Put some creative images with good font and colors and put your keywords in your gigs in a subtle way. It's not the account which matters but the KEYWORDS which  you use in your gig . Last but not the  least you ned to be very consistent and VERY PATIENT on fiverr, be active as long as you can and wait 48 hours for the results.

All the best stranger, I hope my experience would be helpful for you. 😃

There's no need to create a new Fiverr account. Instead, focus on optimizing your existing gigs: refine titles, descriptions, and tags to align with trending keywords, update your portfolio with strong examples, and actively promote your gigs on social media or relevant forums. Patience and consistent effort often lead to results.
