Is this a valid email from team Fiverr or another scams?

I've received 2 emails saying that the order has been placed, but on my dashboard, nothing's there.

It's another scam. You don't need to "confirm sale" or fill out any payment info when you get an order (it's the buyer that would be paying if it was a real order, not you).

If you have an order it will just show in your dashboard and you might get an email notification if you've set up those in your notification setup. Also don't give your email address out to any Fiverr user who asks for it in the Fiverr inbox as it isn't allowed (and scammers will try to contact that way if you do. Also your account might get a warning if you do to).
