Hello Fiverr Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I’ve been facing a persistent issue with my Fiverr account, and I’m hoping someone here can offer some guidance or share their experience.

Whenever I upload project images, they are not previewing correctly. This has been affecting my ability to showcase my work effectively, which is essential for attracting potential clients and maintaining a good client ratio. I’ve already reached out to Fiverr support, and while they provided some general suggestions (such as checking file names, using alphanumeric characters only, ensuring the file size is under 5GB, and trying different browsers), none of these solutions have resolved the issue.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Renamed the files to include only alphanumeric characters and removed any spaces or special symbols.
  2. Checked the file size and format to ensure compliance with Fiverr’s requirements.
  3. Attempted to upload the images using different browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
  4. Cleared cache and cookies and even tried accessing Fiverr on a different device.

Despite following these steps, the images still do not preview properly when uploaded.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows any other solutions, I’d greatly appreciate your insights. Is there something specific I might be missing? Could this be a technical glitch on Fiverr’s end?

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions!

Best regards,

Hi @entry_expertpro

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. Please get in touch with Customer Support regarding this, as they can help with account and gig-related issues. If you already have a ticket open with them, please wait for their reply and follow their instructions. There won't be a need to open multiple tickets for the same reason as it won't get you a solution any faster.

All the best!

If you have already provided them feedback explaining that the suggested steps didn't work, please wait for their reply and follow their instructions. In case you didn't, feel free to reply to them and explain the situation. Customer Support should be able to troubleshoot the issue with you and hopefully come to a solution for the issue you're facing.
