When purchasing my concert, do I need to provide the mailbox code?

This is the second time I try to buy your concert, but the site asks for your mailbox, please give it to me to place an order. The buyer sent a request. Where can I find this code and should I tell him?

It's a scammer. If they say "but the site asks for your mailbox". they might be saying "the site asks for your email address". The site doesn't ask the sellers to give their email address out. It's against Fiverr rules for a seller to give their email address out to a buyer in the inbox.

Report the message and block the user. You can report them by clicking on the 3 dots that show on the top right of the message when your mouse is over it. Click on those 3 dots and the "report" option will show. There's a block option in the report section.

You can also check other threads where sellers have said they get asked for their email address by "buyers" pretending it's needed (when it's not, it's a scam), eg:
