Is it take a long time to wait a fiverr customer service in responding my tickets?

2 days ago i just upload a ticket to fiverr customer service to respond my freelancer account problem. But i didnt get any answer, as i read in my mail they give an information to me that the ticket will be responded within 12 hours but it already took for like 48 hours? and yet i already upload another ticket to make sure they got my new ticket but i havent still got any respond from fiverr. So can someone please tell me how long should i take to make sure fiverr can respond me?

There's nothing you can do other than wait. This time of the year... people have vacation time, I am sure there are fewer CS people than usual. And obviously there could be a ton of people trying to get hold of customer support.

So.. all you can do is wait.
