Unable to add payoneer payment method

I keep getting We couldn’t process your request. Try again in a few minutes. when i click add payoneer payment method
I made a new account to check and i still get this error

Hi @neilwlobo!

Try getting in touch with our Customer Support regarding this, since they are the only ones who can help with account-related issues. You can open a ticket by sending an email to support@fiverr.com, or by starting a chat on the website and selecting the right category. You won't need to open multiple tickets for the same reason, as they will be merged into the original one, and it won't get you a reply any faster.
