Fiverr to Elevate Pay withdraw Via Payoneer

I'm a level two seller from Bangladesh. Elevate pay USA bank add through bank transfer Payoneer on Fiverr. In this, dollars are going to Elevate Pay instead of going to Direct Payoneer. Since the Payoneer will be the medium. So Payoneer charges $1. Add in this way will be a problem? And would it count as breaking the fiber rule?

There is no issue at all, its not against TOS of Fiverr.
