I have a gig on my account and I received payment for my service, and I was told to put my bank details and shit so I can receive payments.
I did that, and I was asked to have a balance of €200 on my account. I do not have that, (it was supposed to be for "verficiation").

Was this safe or should I do something? I have pennies on that account.

I did not receive anything necessary for order confrmation or transaction on my bank app, so I might not be cooked. Was I scammed? I got an email from Fiverr that wants me to authenticate an order, and all that, the gig provided was corect, the fiverr site looked the exact same

Yoe have been contected by a scammer.

Report the buyer and block him.

will anything happen to my bank account? i did not click any authentication nor a transfer request

it just told me i cannot get money because of insufficient balance (i do not pass minimum req)

This guy now knows your bank card details. I suggest that you explain to your bank what happened and let them assist you.
