Est ce que y'a quelqu'un qui sait fait arnaqué sur Fiverr ? Retour de mon expérience

Bonjour à tous,

Je viens d'intégrer Fiverr y'a quelque jours et j'ai reçu plusieurs demandes. mais malheureusement je me suis fais arnaquée en me retirant tout mon argent que j'avais sur mon compte d'une somme de 300 Euro.

d'abord je reçois une notification sur mon email comme quoi j'ai une demande : 

Bonjour, l'acheteur de votre article a déjà payé la commande et attend votre confirmation.

quand je clique sur confirmer la vente, ça me bascule directement sur la page pour recevoir le paiement, sauf y'a un service chat qui te demande combien vous avez sur votre compte et puis de mettre tes cordonnés bancaires et après tu reçois un message de ta banque comme quoi tu as effecué un paiement cher Moontain/skin.c.

s'ils vous plaît j'ai besoin d'aide, si quelqu'un a eu déjà la même chose.

A lot of people have have had a scam message asking them to "confirm payment" and that they'd received an order.

eg. search the forum for threads with titles like "Is this a scam".

Contact your bank and let them know and they should be able to help you or go to your bank website and try and cancel/dispute the payments and/or contact them that way. You might also have a phone number on the back of your card that you can call to contact them about it.
