Scam with payment?

Hi!

i am new to Fiverr and i got a buyer for my service, but i think i maybe ripped off. 
How does payments works?
i get a QR code in my inbox and i had to give in my bank information to get paid, and i was told to give my bankaccount a balance with 499 euro. In the end, i had paid this amount... instead of just confirm my balance. i try to get it back, but support told me i have to do it again, because there was a technical 'problem' . this is a big amount, and i need my money, and i don;t trust this.

I don't think this is normal, so i am asking you what the procedure is for getting paid if you are a seller?

You have been scammed.

Report the buyer and block him.

Contact your bank and try to get your money back.

and i am waiting for customer support of fiverr.
