I contacted fiverr Customer Support two days ago regarding an issue I was facing. However, I have not received any response from them yet. It is possible that I might have followed the wrong procedure, or I may not have communicated effectively. Could someone kindly assist me in understanding the proper way to address and communicate with Customer Support?

Hi @shahadot103

I can confirm that the ticket was created successfully. Customer Support will get back to you as soon as possible, so just remain patient. Once they reply, simply follow their instructions and provide any information they might need. You won't need to open a new ticket for the same reason, because it will just be merged into the original one. Hold on tight and, hopefully, the issue you're facing will be resolved soon.

When I created my Fiverr account, I used a phone number that I lost a long time ago, and I can no longer remember the number. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds because I cannot complete the verification process. It is crucial for me to update my phone number. I would like to discuss this matter with Customer Support. Could this help resolve my problem?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're going through with the verification process. However, only Customer Support can help with this, as they deal with account-related stuff. The Forum is not a replacement for Customer Support, so please direct all of your questions and concerns regarding your account to them. If you already have a ticket open, please be patient until Customer Support replies. If you need to open a new ticket, you can send an email to support@fiverr.com, or start a chat on the website.

I am facing a problem again. A member of the Fiverr team replied to my SMS and asked for some information. I provided the information, but after that, they didn't reply further or resolve my issue. What should I do now?
