My Fiverr Seller Profile Was Not Approved - Need Help

Hi Fiverr Community,

I hope you’re all doing well.

I recently published my first gig, but unfortunately, my seller profile was not approved. I have made sure that all my profile details and gig information align with Fiverr's guidelines.

Can anyone provide insight into why this might have happened and offer suggestions on how I can fix it?

Hi @mdawalmiha! 

Only Custome Support can assist with gig and account-related issues. If you already got in touch with them, kindly wait for their reply and follow their instructions. There won't be a need to open multiple tickets, as they will all be merged into the original one and it won't get you to a solution any faster.

I had the same problem, I filled all information correctly and it says I may be tring to hide ID information or do some violation. I did not receive anyexplanation of what makes my profile seem not professional or trustworthy.

Please, let me know how to contact the costumer support, since the chat provided as help center does not clarify what is wrong. 

I just saw I have receved a strage service order by message with a screenshot of an invoice, saying "Do yоu think уou cаn deliver аn оrdеr by" (only that). 
I didn't understand it, there's no other information of the demand and I found it suspecious that it happened just a few hours after I published the gig. The name of the profile is also weird.
