How to get client's contact information for their website without getting a warning or violating policy?

I build website and shopify store for my clients and typically I need to show contact information of the client in the "Contact" page of the website and the contact info included email (business/personal) , phone number & address. Now how I can get these from clients of Fiverr without violating fiverr policies or getting a warning ?
