2 Days Late Delivery Showing

Hi,

I delivered the file on time but why is it showing the delivery 2 days late on Fiverr, is this a bug issue?

That's how the system works. Once buyer accepts the delivery or order gets auto-completed (after 7 days for orders delivered this week), it will be marked on time. 

Don't worry, not your fault.
