Order cancelled 1 month after delivery acceptance

Hi, 

I delivered an order on 27th Nov and the client accepted it. Also left a review. The payment cleared 2 weeks later. Today I got a notification that the order is cancelled. How is that possible? work was delivered, client was satisfied, there was no message from the client or anything. Now why is the order cancelled and payment reverted? It was a pretty big order too. 

now my account is in "overdraft". how can fiverr just take out so much money from my account without reason?

Any help would be appreciated

dont know. I too thought that it is not possible. but I got the notification that order is cancelled, and the payment has been reversed.

2 possibilities:

• Chargeback
• Buyer must have been banned by Fiverr. Check if that buyer's profile is active on Fiverr or not.

You should contact Fiverr Support by emailing them: support@fiverr.com and ask for the compensation if you're eligible for it. Provide them evidences that you completed the work according to buyer's requirement and buyer was happy with it etc..

Have you reached out to fiverr support? If no, i suggest you reach out to fiverr for better explanation.

As said, above....Contact customer service with the order number and attach the work you completed. Tell them briefly what happened. In most cases they will credit the money back to your account. I've done this many times over the years.
