After more than three days, I have not received any response from Fiverr support. Does anyone else have this issue?

Probably due to Holidays, keep patience and don't generate any duplicate ticket.

That's probably due to the holidays, and they will be back on the 1st of January for sure. However, you can still send them a follow up message.
