Payment Method; Keeps showing error

When i Try adding Payment Method. PayPal, It keeps showing error, after trying several times it would show try again in 24hrs. Please Assist me in adding it

Do you need/want to make any payments to Fiverr?? If not, then why are adding a payment method??

If you're trying to WITHDRAW your earnings, then you need to add Withdrawal method!!

Ensure your payment method details (card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address) are correct.
If you're using a credit or debit card, make sure it hasn't expired.
