@LenaI need help urgently. My account was disabled last year and after 90 days the withdrawal link was sent. On clicking on it for the first time yesterday I discovered that it has expired. I need to get another withdrawal link to enable me withdraw the funds as I'm in dire need of it. The customer service team only sent an automated response and has since refused to reply to my follow up requests. I need to get the attention of a member of the team to consider my request and solve it as against receiving automated responses. Thank you. The ticket number is: 12674471 @ana_tomy
