Hi There,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Fiverr account. While chatting with an old client, I was suddenly logged out, and now when I try to log in, I receive a message saying, "Your password is no longer valid. We sent an email to help you reset your password."

I’ve attempted resetting my password but haven’t received the verification code via phone. I haven’t received any email about account restrictions or bans, and I can still see messages from buyers in my email.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated!

I encountered the same issue just a couple of days back. It's a systemwide bug that affects random accounts. 

Just raise a ticket and ask them to remove the 24-hour restriction and try again.
