To get transactions why do we have to give our cvv and bank account details

You don't. You're being scammed.

If any buyer sends a message that says "confirm payment" where it says they've paid already then it's a scam.

You don't need to enter your card info to get an order.

Scammers have probably seen that you've very recently joined and very recently created 2 new gigs so contacted you trying to scam you.

Just report the buyer's message if they've sent you one like that in the Fiverr inbox. Also don't give your email address out.

If you get an order it will show in your Fiverr dashboard.
