Question

Posted

Hi there, alex here this is my account new account and today my Fiverr Pro account which I had used for a few years somehow deactivated and there is still a balance in my wallet of around USD 5XX.XX. I tried my best to reach the CS but it had been hours (12hrs) since I last received a message from the CS. Is there any way I can get reach the CS at the soonest?

It might me recently I cancelled a job from a freelancer that gave me something really below par. Pls kindly advise.

Hi @alexthinc

Since you already got in touch with Customer Support, I'd recommend you stay patient and wait for their response. They will get back to you as soon as possible and will do their best to assist you all the way. You won't need to open multiple tickets for the same issue, since they will all be merged into the original one, so hold on tight and wait for Customer Support to get back to you.

Thanks but it's really worrying and as a hirer, I think they should at leastbe  informed if it's a deactivation or a glitch. But heck also wanted to tell the whole experienced I had with this dev that gave me 'rubbish' some other time.

Customer Support should have insight into why the account was deactivated, so they should also be able to provide detailed information to you. Feel free to forward your feedback to them, since I believe more information is always better and will help improve the platform for the future.
