Hello fiverr community . I attached my new payoneer account and I received funds from fiverr. But payoneer disabled my account due to verification issues . Then I removed my current payoneer account from fiverr. After some days my fiverr account was restriced. And then I have some funds about $481 still in fiverr account, I attached my old verified payoneer account for withdrawal . When I try to withdraw it's says withdrawal are disabled for this account. I don't know why. I  contacted the customer support. They told me to provide old payoneer customer I'd and new payoneer customer I'd. I provided both. They verified the old one but  reject the new one. Now they are saying we can't assist you regarding this matter as you didn't prove the owner ship of account. I am surprised how they can say this. Still I have access to my account. I can login and use available services. But my withdrawal is disabled. Anyone who can help me please. I am worried about my funds what will happen now. Thanks

Was your Payoneer account linked to any other account? Perhaps a friend's account or maybe you had another account in the past that you forgot about or intentionally created two accounts?

If "adding the Payoneer account" was the step where the problems started, it could be that the same Payoneer account was linked to more than one account.

HI there, sorry to read this was the case with your account. Are there any warnings on your account which might have caused this restriction? As for the withdrawal, sadly if you fail to confirm the information needed, there's not much that can be done, however feel free to direct all your questions to the CS team as only they can look into this. Now my question is what will happen to my funds. can i add new account for withdrawal.  i contacted payoneer customer support they said everything is okay from our side, let me share screenshots. I need my funds. I have access to my account, i am surprise why fiverr is not enabling my withdrawal this is very upset situation for me.

Hi Fiverr Community,

I need your help regarding an issue with my account. Recently, my account was restricted, and Fiverr disabled my withdrawal options after I added my Payoneer account. I contacted customer support, and they asked me to provide the Customer ID for my Payoneer account. I double-checked and provided the correct ID, but they claimed it didn't match their records. Despite confirming it was correct, they said they couldn't assist me further. I then created another support ticket, but it was closed and merged with the previous one. I requested them to remove the Payoneer account from my Fiverr account so I could add a different one for withdrawals. Unfortunately, I can't remove it myself because all options have been disabled. They marked the issue as "auto-solved," but my funds are still stuck, and they’re not responding to my follow-ups. I’m feeling helpless and frustrated as I don’t know what to do next. If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, please guide me. I would really appreciate your support.

Yes i have one Fiverr account in the past which was disabled. This Payoneer account was attached to that one, but when it was restricted at that time i removed the Payoneer from the old Fiverr account. In short yes this Payoneer account is used before with another account.

sorry, but you have violated TOS already. Maybe that's the reason the fiverr team not helping you anymore.

I was not aware of that. Now its happened , i want to know what will happen to my funds.

You are not allowed to have more than one account.

Once your previous account was disabled, you were no longer allowed to work on Fiverr. So, you will not be able to withdraw the funds earned from the new account as it violated the terms.
