Use the "contact us" option that shows at the bottom of https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us when you're logged into Fiverr. It will load the Vivi chatbot/virtual assistant. Ask it your questions and when it doesn't know the answer (maybe after a few tries) it will often give an option to create a support ticket. Click that option.

eg. it says things like:

Sorry that I wasn't able to understand that. I'll go ahead and initiate a ticket with our Customer Support team, they'll be able to help you via email.

and it gives an option that you can click to create the support ticket and then go to it.

eg. it does that when you ask it something complex like what a gig is 🙂

Hi @evp_productions

You can contact Customer Support by sending an email to support@fiverr.com or by starting a chat on the website and selecting the correct category. You can find the Help & Support page here. Opening one ticket for a certain topic will be enough, since opening multiple ones will result in them being merged into the original one.

Hi @evp_productions

You will be able to start a chat on the Help & Support page. For opening a ticket, you'd need to send an email to support@fiverr.com.
