Not so good Fiverr Experience as a Seller

Currently, I have 3 Fiverr Gigs at the starting of placing my gigs I received many impressions. After 10 or 15 days its started dropping and past 1 month I believe Fiverr algorithm is dropping my rankings. Been through many posts in this Fiverr community, implemented a lot of suggestions, changed Gig image because I was receiving impressions and then it was still dropping then I changed Gig image still no changes. Added a portfolio project so that I can showcase my experience, reduced the price, optimized gig description. and still nothing happened. No Clicks!. I think my profile is not new it was registered way back in 2021 but now I am active with 3 of my gigs. Don't know what I am missing?

You have no sales. Fiverr tracks the last 2 years of reviews and data. There's no data and no sales for you. Obviously people with less sales will be pushed lower by the algorithm...

The majority of advice which floats among new sellers is just copy-paste advice. It simply doesn't work. I'm suggesting this because I remember you participating in similar conversations with other new sellers. People keep telling each other the same things because they don't anything better or they follow external sources like the gospel. 

Only thing any seller can do is to create EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD GIGS to get noticed. Focus on creating something at par or even better than TRS/Pro sellers in your category and then wait for "beginner's luck". 

PS The "not so good" phrase in your title is probably connected to your expectations when you arrived here, which might have been fueled by what you heard about the platform before joining it!! Alot of people start complaining after a couple of months because they arrive here expecting quick success followed by consistent growth. 

There are a lot of sellers including me who got their 1st order after 6-12 months!!

That's why I deleted my Fiverr account, where I had completed over 850 orders and earned 600+ 5-star ratings. The continuous decline in impressions, clicks, and orders without apparent reason can be incredibly discouraging. Over time, this kind of frustration can lead to depression, which is extremely harmful to mental health.

Now, I’ve created a brand-new account and am starting fresh from the very beginning.

Hi @smartdezigns be noted that, I never break any Fiverr rules and regulations and my new account was also created after deleting the old one.

Fiverr doesn't even allow mistakenly deleted gigs to be restored.

And you think your second account will be allowed!🤦‍♂️

Have you ever read the Terms of Services? Start reading so that you can understand Fiverr better! 

Read 8.5 Violations > Non-Permitted Usage > Abuse and Spam > Multiple Accounts in TOS.

@priyank_mod Thank you for the information. I’m hopeful for the safety of my account, as I’ve created completely brand-new gigs and haven’t restored my old ones. I hope this clarifies the issue.

You are not the only one with these issues bro! It happens to a lot of new sellers on fiverr and i think it's purely luck if you register now in 2024 or 2025 as a new seller and you can succeed on fiverr, unless you are offering something that no other seller is offering which is again highly unlikely.

I don't have any mistakenly deleted gigs. @priyank_mod I hope you can understand my position now. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 🙂
