This post is divided into two parts:
1) My Problem
2) My Experience with customer support
1) My Problem:
Could not receive mobile verification code while trying to add payout method in fiverr for the first time. The payout method is payoneer and it's been 4+ days of multiple attempts with no veil.
Error Message,
- I always get this message "We couldn't process your request. Try again in a few minutes". View the attached screenshot for this message.
- Of course, after multiple failed attempts I reach the maximum try quota and get message "too many attempts, try again after 24hrs".
- For past 4 days I'm stuck on the same cycle. Get error 1 and than get error 2, than the same cycle repeats itself the next day.
Extra info,
- During my first try about 4 days ago, I did receive my code through the call option but I got an error message before I even typed my code and the session was considered null.
- So to this day I haven't received any messages + after all my tries using the call option only one got connected which ended up in an error before I even put my code.
- I was in the seller mod during all my verification attempts.
- I was logged in on fiverr with my laptop (I'm not using mobile app)
- It is my first time trying to connect any kind of payment method.
- Also the number that I'm using with my fiverr account is working 100% correctly with all my other services like payoneer, jazzcash etc.
I have tried the following,
- Clearing my cookies and history from browser
- Relogging
- Using VPN
- Changing browser (used both chrome and edge)
- Contacting Fiver support. Currently I have two tickets open with fiverr support on same problem.
Info I didn't provide on form:
- I have recorded video of the error which I shared with customer support. But I'm a little hesitant to share it on the forms (as I'm new and don't know which things needs to be hidden).
2) My Experience with customer support:
- I currently have two tickets on the same problem.
First Ticket:
- My first ticket is about 1-2 days old. Gave the same info as shared here. They gave me a generic response which didn't help at all and was not related to my problem (the summary of the response is that they wanted me to check if I was not on mobile, was in seller mod, and I should try contacting the payoneer support). After that I have send them several messages and got no response. It's been 24+hrs.
Second Ticket:
- Today I opened a new ticket on same problem. But this time I properly organized the whole problem + I also shared the video proof with them.
- And guess what, I got the same generic replay as last time which was copy pasted word for word. After that I told them this response does not help me and I have not gotten any replay. Granted it's only been a few hours but I don't expect them to reach out to me.
Please, if any of you have face the same problem and know any solutions try to reach out to me. Not only I'm getting more and more frustrated each day but I'm also wasting so much time that I could have used on something productive.
