This is the first time I used Fiver, where when I created a gig there I was asked to verify my telephone number, personal data and ID. So, when verifying Personal Data, this popup appears and honestly, I don't understand what is meant by that, I've tried various things starting from restarting and others but it still doesn't work, anyone help me pleasee....

Feel free to get in touch with our Customer Support regarding account-related stuff, like Identity Verification. Once you open a ticket with them, there won't be a need to open a new one, as it will be merged into the original one. Keep in mind that we aren't a replacement for Customer Support here on the Forum, and other members can't really help you with account-related issues such as this one.

Some times it's happen due to network or sever issue. I have faced same problem for 30 days and it's solved automatically. Also you can contact with Fiverr customer support to get early solutions.
