I'm reaching out because my Fiverr account was recently deactivated and I need guidance. Here's my situation:

  • I have only used my Payoneer account exclusively with this Fiverr account
  • I asked a question about using a relative's account but never actually created or used one
  • I have no other Fiverr profiles
  • My account was deactivated shortly after asking about payment methods

I've already contacted support and explained my situation, but I'm looking for advice from sellers who may have experienced similar situations:

  1. Has anyone successfully appealed an account deactivation?
  2. What documentation or evidence helped in your case?
  3. Are there specific steps you'd recommend for the appeal process?

I'm committed to following Fiverr's policies and would appreciate any insights from the community on how to resolve this situation properly.

Hi there, I see that this is a new account and by creating it you've violated our Terms of Service so it will get disabled as well. As for your first account and the issue you're experiencing, please direct all your questions to the Customer Support team, since here on the Forum we don't replace them and other members can't help you resolve this. Let me also mention that
