The page freezes with the "Collaborate on Files" function within orders

It's never worked for me, anyway, using both Firefox and Brave browsers. The audio files have never played. In order to leave a comment or reply to an individual comment, the page has to be refreshed every single time. Often times, the page has to be refreshed to even click into the collaboration area. So, responding to three comments can mean needing to refresh the page nine times. It's far less frustrating when clients don't use this feature.

It seems similar to my bug report that still happens, where clicking on an attachment (eg. video file) works for me (plays the video) but then still freezes when I press the back button, needing to refresh the page before it works again (which I told them about 6 months ago but it still happens).

It also freezes for me after clicking "comments" (the buyer's comments on a video attachment) then pressing back (probably the same bug as it shows the video attachment after pressing "comments").
