Accounts get flagged because of activities that go against Fiverr's policies. For more insight into possible reasons for your account getting flagged, feel free to check the Community Standards and Terms of Service.

Once an account is flagged, the status is not removed. 

The emails that Fiverr is sending to flagged accounts states that the ban is permanent, meaning you will no longer be able to participate in the Level System. It also looks like flagged accounts are hidden from searches, so your only option is to continue working with existing clients, if you have any. Attracting new customers may be impossible, making it unfeasible to earn a living with a flagged account. Unfortunately, this is how flagged accounts operate, and it's a tough reality.

Feel free to reach out to Customer Support for the account-related issue you're experiencing as they are the only ones who can help you with this. The Forum is not a substitute for Customer Support, so please direct your questions and dilemmas regarding your account status to them. You can do that by sending an email to support@fiverr.com or by starting a chat on the website and selecting the correct category. Opening one ticket will be enough, as multiple ones regarding the same topic will be merged into the original one.
