Exactly the same now happening to me now and I send them screenshots that they can see I'm top seller with opened orders and great reviews and then they don't respond again

I want to inform you that my ID Verification was completed on 2 May 2023. Tomorrow, I will receive a notification for EU (ID verification).  You can check the screenshot, Please.

Now I'm trying to verify again but my session has expired. How can I get a new inquiry link for ID verification? Please help me. I would appreciate it. Thank you. @Kesha

Hello, I have tried my verification and due to bad image or poor light, I did it three times and after fourth time it got verification failed. Try to help me out as I reached customer care executive which is not yet replied. I have also prepared my government ID, kindly help me out in this situation.

Hi, @Kesha It's been almost 3 days , i got a notification saying that all set , however my gigs are desactivated , my ID was verified  years ago ! I hope you can process my ticket #12751795  request quickly as I have to send new offers to my clients, thanks.

In general, you'd want to choose the country that is reflected on your ID. 

If you only have an ID of your new location and CS has not updated your location, I would recommend just waiting. You have until February to verify so that should give you more than enough time. 

@Kesha Thanks for the reply. As an ID I'd simply use my passport from my country of origin (Germany), so I guess I can use that one too, even after the location update / after setting the location to my current country of residence?

One little question if you may wish to answer?

there was the option if my business is registered or not? I have selected No as i am a freelancing music producer and we don't have any option to register ourselves in my country. 

will it be any problem?

No Problem at all. No need to fake or manipulate things while verification and you are good to go.

@Kesha Hi, sorry to bother you, I sent a request to CS 20 hours ago and they still haven't answered me.

do you think they can help me with that issue I have been growing my account for more than 3 years now and I'm a Level 2 seller I don't want to lose my ability to sell on Fiverr just like that.

I have been a dedicated Fiverr user for the past three years, working as a full-time freelancer and achieving Level 2 Seller status. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue during the verification process, as I was unable to successfully verify my account despite trying three different methods. Could someone please assist me with resolving this?

I am already a seller on Fiverr and have my business registered, too and when I have tried to get through the verification process, my document is not accepted. I am an EU citizen, and a resident of another EU country, but the residency document released by the national authorities has no photo on it and the system doesn't accept it. I have already contacted the CS, but, besides a general reply, I didn't get a solution to solve the issue. Also, I do not get the Expired Session message. @Kesha could you please help? Thanks

Hii. I sent Tickets to CS for ID Verification Guidance.and i didn't get any reply from them.   But The ticket shows its Solved.   How??

I'm still Confused  

While reviewing the options provided:

1- Outside my primary job or profession
 2- As part of my primary job or profession


I noticed that selecting the first option ("Outside my primary job or profession") results in a confirmation message stating, "You are all set."

However, I would like to confirm whether choosing this option will still allow me to receive messages and orders from EU clients in the future. Since I already completed my ID verification approximately two years ago, I want to ensure that my ability to engage with EU clients remains unaffected by this update.

me too for 3 years and i tried to verfiy mine yesterday even thou i did verify it in past using my voter id but unfortunately it got rejected and my seller acc restricted and now like everyone else waiting for a support team to reply my ticket .

Idk why. Support Team isn't replying. 

I also create 2 guideline tickets. Instead of helping. They just make it SOLVED😢
