If I may ask, did they reset the verification link? and did that work? CS reached out to me and said the verification link is "Resolved" and I can try again but when I go to try again I only have the verification failed msg, There is no option to try again.

so I have joined fiverr before 2023, and have verified when it asked me to verify back then (maybe around Jun, 2019). now things have changed, the names, address was changed in the ID. I used my parents ID card back then as I didn't have my own ID yet. now I have my own and I can't remember if its my own names on the settings or the ID I used back then.

 

when i go to "Personal & business Info" on Settings page on fiverr, It doesn't show my personal information's, which Name, DOB i had written in the past.

 

so with all that and having verifying in the past, do i have to verify it again? you're saying "I don't have to do it again"

 

the Email say "Even if you’ve already verified your ID, you are still required to complete this process to comply with the latest regulations."

when i go to verify, its asking for the ID, selfies again.

This whole verification process is a nightmare. Tried several times over a few days and all I get from customer support is "try again tomorrow". Account restricted.
I've been in Fiverr since 2018, made over 170K and no one in the team cares enough about any of this.

There is nothing I'm doing wrong through the process, I've done the same for the government and other websites. In this case it just fails for no reason.

Incredibly disappointing.

Can you let us know which ID you used for verification?

Hello, I have the same issue. I did the verification process, and they asked for my company name, company registration number, address and proof of address. I provided everything and then they disabled my account. 

I reached to CS and my success manager, CS said "Thanks for letting us know that you were experiencing issues with the ID Verification process. We’ve since resolved the issue and you are welcome to try again tomorrow"..... but it's still not working for me, I will attach a screenshot. 

I really don't understand what I did wrong. The company is new, I opened the new company in 2024, before I was using another one for tax purposes. This could be the reason? That is a new one and the AI did not recognize it? 

I really hope that we will get the support needed to fix this ASAP.

This is really a concern for me as I am looking to verify my business, and it seems like almost everyone is verifying individuals. I haven't come across anyone who has shared their experience with business verification yet. Has anyone here successfully verified their business and would be willing to share that with me? It would give me a bit of hope.

am still waiting for reply, hopefully i got my account back had same issu

i verified my acc back in the 2022 or 2023 i believe using my voter id but when i treid it again today the camera told me to tilt my face and left and right and i did but it failed and i got this message . what should i do now ? i am little scared cuz i have using fiverr for a long time now and don't want to lose my account .

all is good but during the camera session the problem arised and i got this notification saying i can not sell on fiverr at this moment .

Hello. Please tell me what you indicated in the third point? Which country? Which country's phone number? What address (the one in the passport? or just the address of the actual location?), What mail (which is linked to Fiver or a third-party one?)

I have verified all the details a few years ago and since I got this notification just now I tried this and failed. This is frustrating and seems like I'm not the only one who has this issue. Hello! You can try verifying with either an ID card, Driver License, Voters Card, or Passport.

Hello!

For unverified sellers, we have not started restricting visibility to EU clients yet. This policy does not go into effect until Feb. 17. 

If you see the buyer is blocked, it is more likely that the user's account was found to be a spam account or, for one reason or another, removed from the platform by our CS team.

So you mean to say, the camera session, durning the camera session, selfi should be clear with face etc

Also the Government ID Card picture should  be clear at the time of upload etc. correct ...??
